friends, when we say induct, it means bring in or lead in. It means provide information, knowledge or experience to the subordinate that is never disclosed to unauthorised people. So what information is being given to them. Don't tell others the director time in and out of the building. Don't reveal comapany computer secret to anyone. The supervisor has to instruct them to seriously carry out their responsibilty, and never tell outsider.
