management, we don't understand

we cannot motivate the workers. We cannot group the workers. We cannot train the workers. We cannot lead the workers. Exactly, management, we don't understand. We have a high turnover staff. Our workers, is not placed at the right place, with the right people to achieve high result. We want good performance, we want the company to earn as much money as possible. But we fail to use the human resource. We never able to extract out the best from the workers. We never able to assemble the staff to focus on company goals. Not united, how to perform.
