To be simple, no cheating, killing, lying, fighting, molesting, raping, vandalising, arson, causing fire, etc to create or cause danger to the property and lives. Supervisor is the in charge that look after the group of men. He will make sure they abide to the law and they ensure everyone abide to the law. When the guards is not doing his duties, he will be dealt with in accordance to the punishement. The supervisor have to brief the men on this area.
