supervisor has to ensure that the men carry out their duties, provide guidance to them, and ensure that the job is performed within the legal framework. The job of the guards is to do access control, patroling, traffic control, engaging with disorderly behaviour , carry out traffic control etc. Therefore, the supervisor have to induct the security personnel, and make sure work be done. Always avoid physical contact with the suspect as you might be hurt. The police is the professional who can engage with the dangerous men. As legal means the correct way of doing and behaving, supervisor has to be sure no unlawful act be done.
